How to Set Up Business Email on Gmail

You need to buy domain. Major webhosting provider normally provide domain name purchase in their service. Yet only a few domain name providers that gives exactly professional email services you need. If you like to know the answer of how to set up business email on gmail, it is going to be much easier to buy the email services from domain name seller.

Step One – Buy Domain Name

Create your account with GoDaddy

Make sure you have create domain name with godaddy

If you done it, you are ready to Step 2

Step Two – Email Forwarding

On the same page as stated in Step 1.

Scroll down.

Click on additional products.

You will see Email Forwarding. Click on Redeem on the menu.

Click “Create Forward”

You need to fill on Forward Email popup menu

Forward this email address: (fill with email address you want. Make sure this is business email address correspond with domain name you purchase).

Then, To these email address (fill with gmail address you want).

Make sure “Plan” is on Free Account forwarding with domain: …. “

Finally click “Create

You have created email forward system.

Step Three – DNS Setting

DNS setting need to be organized correctly. It is to ensure your email being forwarded.

To do this, you need to check the correct server settings first.

It can be seen in Tools menu, then click server settings.

You will see pop up menu.

The notification No MX records were found indicate error. That is mean your email not being forwarded.

The correct DNS settings available on the upper right table under Correct Settings

Take note on the correct settings.
