In accordance with Texas regulations, tax exempt may be applied to hotel room rates at Drury Inn Austin by filling out a special form available at the front desk. From my experience staying at several hotels in Texas, not all hotels provide this form, and there is even a receptionist at a hotel in Texas who does not understand the tax exempt program. Nothing like that happened at the Drury Inn Austin. Thumbs up for them. (to get tax exempt, you need to qualify the requirements regulated by the State of Texas).
Important Facility
This hotel is equipped with meeting rooms, fitness center, laundry, restaurant and pool. I stayed with my family at this hotel for business trip, I used the Colorado meeting room. This meeting room is spacious, there is an in-room handwashing area, and other important meeting features. The fitness room is available but I wasn’t too confident to try it because of the Covid situation.
Breakfast and Dinner
I stayed with my family (wife + 2 kids). I was surprised because the price of $99 per night includes breakfast and dinner. In addition, free coupons are also given to take alcoholic beverages at the bar near the lobby.
I’ve never had this experience before in Texas, even when I was staying in Downtown Houston hotel, parking and dinner were not included for roughly the same room rate per night.

In-room amenities are no less important when I make this Drury Inn Austin review. 42 inch TV, small refrigerator, microwave, ironing tools, hairdryer, coffee maker are available. Quite impressive with the price offered.

I think this is one of the kind a hotel service can offer. I wonder how all the inside room feature well maintained. I guess it is due to the satisfaction guarantee. Once you have a problem with your stay, they will fix it or you don’t have to pay. That’s a fair and bold treatment to your guest.
