The content you would create for each of these audiences will look very different. You must clearly define your audience in order to create the right content for them. Otherwise, the focus of your site will be muddled, and you will fail to capture a significant share of any audience.
Establish Your Authority
Ask yourself: Why should my readers listen to what I have to say? Who are you? What authority or expertise do you have? You don’t have to have experience in the automobile industry in order to establish this authority. However, you do have to create your content using authoritative resources, including respected industry guides, government reports, and research studies.
Interview experts. Cite your sources. Hire authoritative freelancers if you must. The more reputable resources you use in compiling your content, the more authority your site will have and the more traffic you will generate as a result.

I never have the experience in making such website. But the concept is the same as online store. Many wordpress plugins available for this blog concept, you name it : wp ecommerce, e-shop, paypal, Yak Shopping chart, etc. The basic is a well written content that combine with images. And the last thing is … make it easy for visitors to make the deal on site.
