1. Yeh Leh Beach, Jembrana

This beach in Bali is included along the street of Denpasar Gilimanuk. For those who drive from Java, can stop at Yeh Leh Beach Jembrana, Bali.

This beach is rocky and is only suitable for a place to rest while listening to the waves which become one of the natural orchestras. Yeh Leh Beach will go first before Soka Beach when you reach it from the Gilimanuk pedestrian bridge.

2. Tegalwangi Beach, Badung, Bali

This Bali beach is one of the most visited beaches after Tanah Lot Bali. Tegalwangi Beach has a character with stone walls along the coast. The water is greenish with clean white sand.

Don’t be surprised if this beach is often the location for pre-wedding photos. It is perfect for enjoying the sunset or sunrise from the top of the cliff with beautiful beach and sea views.

Almost everyone wants to enjoy the sunset at Tegal Wangi Beach, it is crowded tourist spot in Bali Indonesia. Free parking available but make sure to extra careful securing your vehicle. There is a small cave that you can see and use as a photo spot on this beach.

Be cautious when visiting the Cave on Tegalwangi Beach, because at high tide it trapped you in the Cave. Many also mention that the beauty of Tegal Wangi beach is similar to Bali’s Dreamland Beach. You have to visit both beaches to find out.

3. Green Bowl Beach, Badung, Bali

The sense of exploration is coming out when you visit hidden beaches. It would be nice if you can enjoy clean, white sand and turquoise green beaches. However, at Green Bowl Beach you have to go down three hundred steps before you can enjoy it. Quite challenging, isn’t it?

However, it seems that this beach in Bali does not seem suitable for those of you who are lazy to exercise. Maybe going down the stairs wouldn’t be a big deal, but what about going up the stairs after finishing Green Bowl Beach??

If you want to go here, make sure you use a rental or private vehicle. Because it’s a bit difficult to get public transportation when you go to Green Bowl Beach.

4. Gunung Payung Beach, Badung, Bali

This beach in Bali has stairs up to hundreds of pieces to get to the beach. Some count around 200 to 300 steps.

The calculations may vary because everyone is too focused on the beauty of the beach. This is also one of the challenges to get to Gunung Payung Beach in Badung, Bali.

This hidden beach is not too widely known. The sea water is calm with white and clean sand. Indeed, the road to the beach is quite tiring but everything will pay off with its beauty.

Don’t forget to prepare supplies because no one sells food and it’s quite far from shops or stalls. Be sure to take the trash with you and throw it in its proper place.

5. Pasut Beach, Tabanan, Bali

This beach in Bali is one that is rarely visited by tourists. The character is similar to Tegal Besar beach, the sand is black.

Several villas line up on Bali’s Pasut Beach. Between them has a beautiful private beach. This beach is also one of the places to see the sunset.

Unfortunately, Pasut beach is not well maintained. Some trash can still be seen scattered. Most of it comes from visitors who come to watch the sunset or just walk.

6. Melasti Beach, Badung, Bali

Melasti Beach is the closest beach to the Garuda Wisnu Kencana park. It is only about two kilometers from GWK and can be accessed on foot or using public transportation. This is one beach you must visit!

One of the instagrammable spots on Melasti Beach is the winding path that enters the high cliffs. This curve makes it one of the best instagramable beaches in Bali.

Even the entrance is a gate like a temple or shrine which is quite high. The beach is clean and the sand is white. This beach will soon be famous and become one of the best beach resorts in Bali because of its beauty.

Melasti Beach is also one of the best beaches in Bali to see the sunset. Some parts of the beach are small caves that can be used to take pictures but be careful because the beach is made of wood.

7. Tegal Besar Beach, Klungkung, Bali

Not many people know about Tegal Besar Beach, which is one of these hidden beaches. This beach is near the mouth of the river.

One of the cool activities that can be done at Tegal Besar Beach is fishing.

Reportedly on this beach there are indeed a lot of fish. So it is not surprising that around Tegal Besar Beach there are several food stalls selling fish.

In addition, one of the characteristics of the beaches around Klungkung Bali is the black sand beach and the sloping beach. However, the waves in Tegal Besar are quite large so they are not suitable for use as a place to relax or swim.

8. Soka Beach, Tabanan, Bali

You can skip this Soka Beach if you don’t go to Bali using land access. Soka Beach is at the end of Jalan Raya Denpasar Gilimanuk.

This beach may be one of the gateways to get to know the character of the beach in Bali which has high cliffs as its pathway.

Soka Beach is often used as a resting place when the homecoming season arrives. Soka Beach is almost never empty of road users because the access is very close to the highway.

You can rest while taking pictures around the Soka beach park. But you can’t swim at Soka beach. This Bali beach is only suitable for transit before crossing to Banyuwangi.

9. Mertasari Beach, Denpasar, Bali

Mertasari Beach is one of the beaches in Bali which is very close to Denpasar, Bali. Denpasar is known throughout the world thanks to one of Indonesia’s proud singers, Anggun C. Sasmi who promoted Bali through the song “Denpasar Moon”.

This Bali beach is perfect for swimming and relaxing by the beach. The water is clean and the beach has a white sand. Mertasari Beach is one of the best places to see the sunset or sunrise in Bali.

Mertasari Beach is also suitable for tasting delicious Balinese cuisine such as Balinese satay and Balinese rice. In the afternoon the beach is also one of the children’s favorite places to play kites. Very beautiful and quite crowded at sunset.

10. Kayu Putih Beach, Badung, Bali

One of the most suitable places for selfies at sunset is at the Kayu Putih Beach bridge. However, this beach is definitely crowded with tourists.

Don’t worry because there are lots of instagram photo spots here. You can explore all of that while walking on the beach while waiting for dusk.

Although this hidden beach is very famous for its bridges, unfortunately the condition of the beach is poorly maintained and tends to be dirty, unlike other beaches that are well maintained.

However, behind its shortcomings, Kayu Putih Beach is a beach in Bali that often appears on Instagram feeds because of its Instagrammable attractiveness.

11. Segara Beach, Badung, Bali

Segara Beach is a beach in Bali which is near the city. Even from Bali Galeria Mall it is only about 1.4 km. So, you can walk to the beach after shopping or vice versa.

That’s why this beach has shortcomings like hawkers and cleanliness is not good. It is natural that Segara Beach is not chosen by tourists to just enjoy the beauty of a hidden beach.

This beach is only suitable for morning joggers and surfers. Surfing at Segara Beach is perfect for advanced surfers because the waves are quite high.

If you are interested in learning to surf, you can get a short course with the price of the course varying between IDR 150 thousand to IDR200 thousand.

You can also look for Balinese souvenirs around Segara Beach. Don’t hesitate to bargain the price if you are already interested in buying the item. Otherwise, don’t try to haggle if you don’t want to buy.

12. Uluwatu Beach, Badung, Bali

One of the best tourist attractions in Bali that can be used as a place for sunsets is Uluwatu Beach. In addition, you can see the sunset from the cliff overlooking the sea.

Uluwatu Beach is very close to several surrounding resorts and hotels. Uluwatu Beach is one of the beautiful beaches that characterize the beaches of Bali. It has high coral cliffs on the shoreline, white sand and blue and clean sea water.

The beach is not too deep so it is quite safe for children to swim. Samuh Beach is a beach that has not too many visitors.

There is a gazebo on the beach that can be used as a photo or selfie. This beach is suitable as a place to wait for the sunset because it is in the southern part of Kuta. Its character is almost similar to the Nusa Dua beach in Bali which is one of the best beach resorts in Bali Indonesia.

14. Balian Beach, Tabanan, Bali

A beach with black sand and a suitable place for surfing. This beach in Bali is also great for jogging and is one of the best places to watch the sunset.

This beach is one of the closest beaches to Denpasar. Approximately can be reached in less than 60 minutes. And then from the gate of Soka Beach, it only takes about 10 minutes.

Several villas and restaurants line in Balian Beach. One that is recommended is the Balian Surf Camp which is close to the river ends. The place is not too crowded and perfect for just enjoying the beach while having lunch.

Balian Beach is one of the favorite beaches for surfers. No wonder that this hidden beach tourism is one of the beaches that must be visited by foreign tourists who like to surf.

15. Lebih Beach, Gianyar, Bali

This is one of the hidden beaches closest to Bali Safari Park in Gianyar. More beach is only suitable for walking and taking pictures with friends.

What can be done on this best beach in Bali is culinary tourism, especially seafood. This beach is one of the closest to the fishing village. There are several traditional warungs and restaurants offering Balinese specialties, especially fresh seafood.
