Businesses without goals easily fails because they never have an insight or something as their target. Besides, they don’t even know when their goals are met or not met.

As for taking a step at a time, it helps to keep one focused and prevent too many distractions. It is popularly said that “If you chase two rats at a time, you end up losing both”. Taking a step at a time would help you utilise your revenue on the right projects and get the best results. But carrying so many things along at the same time could lead to financial losses as some projects might never be completed as a result of financial constraints.

It is also good to do assessments to know the level of progress achieved and where improvements are needed. This would also help you consolidate on the areas where you are doing well.

Seeking professional help is necessary to gain better insight from someone with more experience.
