5 Steps to Creating a Pencil Case from Used Bottles

Step 1: Cutting the First Bottle

Use scissors to cut the first plastic bottle into two parts, as shown in the image. The cut doesn’t have to be even—you can make one side lower for a unique opening style.

Step 2: Cutting the Second Bottle

Cut a section from the second plastic bottle. This part will serve as the lid, so it doesn’t need to be too long.

Step 3: Attaching the Zipper

Apply glue

Apply glue along the edges of the cut plastic bottle and attach the zipper. Make sure to fix it properly so that it functions smoothly.

On the other bottle, apply glue along the cut edge to secure the other side of the zipper.

Step 4: Securing the Zipper

Attach the zipper firmly to the glued part of the bottle. Let it dry completely to ensure a strong hold.

Step 5: Finalizing the Pencil Case

At this stage, your pencil case is complete!
